Since being home from The Right Reverend Crow aka @NathanBellMusic There Is Always Hope EU Tour @veganlove4u and I have eaten homemade sourdough pizza, Trader Joe's Japanese Fried Rice with Beefless Bulgogi, Just Egg omelette/scramble and a burrito for our dinners. While I was on tour I was enthusiastically accommodated by every venue and had some incredibly delicious plant based meals. In 2026 there is no excuse for most of us to have to kill anything to eat. We "other" living beings to justify their exploitation and slaughter. It is a sadly familiar story. This is something that we can easily change. Happy Mother's Day to Mother Earth. ☮️❤️

The Supreme Court ruled that the Voting Rights Act was no longer necessary and that Southern states had moved beyond the discriminatory practices that once required federal oversight. Within hours of that decision, those same states began doing exactly what the Act was designed to prevent: passing voter suppression laws, eliminating early voting, and ultimately redrawing district maps to dilute Black political power. The Court said discrimination had declined, and has used that as the reason to remove the very protection that had caused it to decline.
