This summer I frolicked the world wide web and enjoyed little nature pockets tucked inside the city.
There’s a specific kind of creativity that shows up when I let myself wander, into mental loops, crafty experiments, and corners of the internet that feel like digital playgrounds.
Inspiration finds me when curiosity takes over and my hands just follow, tweaking pixels, stitching patterns, molding ideas into something I can see.
This is my postcard from a summer when I remembered that inspiration shows up when I do.

My summer was a bit short-lived but that doesn’t mean that it wasn’t packed with a range of things that sparked my inspiration. I was fortunate enough to travel between the homeland (London) and the isles of Italy each providing their own canine companion and some very different dishes of food.
Inspiration can come from anything, but it seems my inspiration stems from animals, food and the sea and I have no problem spending every one of my summers embracing those things with all my heart.

this summer i went to manila - the city that makes me feel most like a tourist. seeing friends, family, and the place i once called home reminded me how different life can be. from the streets and skyline to the people and their ways of thinking... free and creative in their own ways - it gave me a fresh perspective. sometimes the best way to spark creativity is through reconnection and discovery.
