FPBA partnered with PMA, Inc. and Healthpeak to revitalize 4955 Directors Place, creating spaces that support collaboration and workplace wellness.
The design includes new landscaping with wood deck seating for outdoor breaks, exterior building skin upgrades, an upgraded lobby with coffee bar and custom booths for informal meetings, and new restrooms.
