‘The Roosevelt’ received building permit approval last week and construction is under way with @c2buildinggroupsd ! I am incredibly grateful to @fabricinvestments for the opportunity to shape the community I call home. This mixed use project is 23 residential units, 2 office suites & 5 commercial retail and restaurant suites carved into a private alley. We loved being part of the larger Torrey Reserve campus transformation and were thrilled when Longfellow reached out to convert a portion of their parking lot into a new sport court and workout area. This project adds even more value to the campus, creating space for movement, wellness, and connection for tenants. We have loved working on the Torrey Reserve campus over the past few years!
