Good day with the regions and home nations team today at FMB’s London office. As gold accredited investors in people FMB are committed to continuous improvement, team work and staff development. We discussed how our team can add more value for members and how our roles can function better to deliver the FMB vision. Delayed trains meant I sadly missed a catch up with other colleagues but I saw the gorgeous office dog @otto_moo for #sausagedogsnuggles & was happy to see legends Mick & Tommy in reception briefly too!

Fantastic work from the @hospitalityjuniorboard last night at @thegrandyork with the Rise to Serve project helping young people who are NEET into real work experience and jobs. We’re investigating the possibility of collaborating on #RiseToBuild and this evening was such an inspiration thanks to the young people who’ve stepped up to careers with support from this project
