London Underground’s iconic Grade I listed headquarters, 55 Broadway, has been sold for £120m to Integrity International Group. It was designed by Charles Holden and occupies a commanding position above St James’ Park tube station. Built between 1927 and 1929, the Art Deco structure was the tallest office building in London upon completion.
