This year it was my third edition of @boomfestivalofficial and it was just amazing. Even met @maujara (was nice to see you again!) and saw his performances. Then spend some more days in lisbon with @leemeiyoga ❤️ Now at the airport heading back home to Berlin 🥰

To repeat and repeat and repeat eventhough you keep failing can be mentally very challenging and frustrating. It takes lots of discipline and a clear vision of the goal you want to achieve to keep going. But I like to remember a quote from a book I read: “Hard work always pays off”. I am very very happy about this achievement from today. I finally start to enjoy and have fun again training one arm handstands. 🤸 HANDSTAND HANGOUT 2024 🤸‍♀️ Dear handstand enthusiasts, we proudly announce the next handstand hangout event hosted by @berlinonhands and @hamburgonhands . We are very excited to create a two-day event at the wonderful BluBoks in Berlin-Lichtenberg with all of you. Everyone is very welcome to join: whether you live in Berlin or far away, whether you cannot hold a handstand (yet), are a performer, or even a teacher. All levels are welcome! WHAT TO EXPECT Together with you, we want to have two full days packed with workshops, open training sessions, discussions, and food sharing to support and strengthen our lovely handstand community. We will start each day together with a general body warmup and then you can join different workshops depending on your level, work on specific skills, or just enjoy some free play time with others. During the day there will be some fun handstand games too! In addition there will be some handstand tools provided by us (canes, blocks, etc.) and you can, of course, bring yours! For the food sharing during the day, everyone is invited to contribute and bring some yummy self-made snacks, salads, etc, so that we can enjoy a colorful and nourishing open buffet all together. For dinner, we will go somewhere together. WHEN & WHERE Saturday, 23.03.2024: 10 am - 5 pm Sunday, 24.03.2024: 10 am - 5 pm 📍@bluboks_berlin , Paul-Zobel-Straße 9, 10367 Berlin COSTS, TRAVEL & SLEEPOVER We require a minimum donation of 15€ per human to cover the rent for the space. Additional money will be used for future projects. We will set up a donation box during the event.
