I’m really pleased to announce my full length album ‘Translations’, releasing on 12th September. The first single ‘Starling Descends’ is out now.
A series of compositions created between 2023 and 2025. They emerged in parallel to a group of small sculptural maquettes. As they began exchanging neighbourly glances, I noticed they evolved in similar ways—often an intuitive unwinding of thread, free of any fixed destination. Forms resolved or remained open. Some became overwrought and irretrievable, while others appeared fully formed, unexpectedly. Though modest in scale, they sometimes sing loudly and linger in the mind. They are, ultimately, my search for small, quiet miracles—giving sonic shape to elusive and wordless moments.
Bandcamp listeners will also now have access to accompanying track ‘America’.

To mark the release of @idlepress ’ exquisite ‘Mirrors’ compilation, I will be performing live in Lille at @camoufleur.galerie on 12th February. DJ Sundae will also be playing some records.
The project as a whole marks the bi-centenary of l’EPSM (who provide psychiatric and psychological support in the Lille area).
I will also have some visual work on display.

DJ Sundae’s excellent new compilation, Mirrors, is out now (@idlepress ). I’m delighted to have contributed to the artwork.
The release marks the bicentenary of l’EPSM (Établissement Public de Santé Mentale) de l’agglomération lilloise. The selections were inspired by archival photographs from l’EPSM.
The artwork was created using 3D scans of busts downloaded from open-source platforms. These were reconfigured in vacuous spaces and rendered with mirrored surfaces, before being printed using primitive photographic techniques. The result is a combination of the virtual and the real, the interior and the exterior.
DJ Sundae’s mixes have been influential on my own music, particularly ‘Preludes’, so I was thrilled to be able to contribute to this project.
