Every runner has their own story, each powerful and inspiring in their own ways. What’s awesome is so does every volunteer, family member, friend and even photographer 🫡
I’d actually signed up to run the marathon, but working through quad and tendon setbacks, my mileage has been limited. Coincidentally, my time was more importantly spent supporting friends — namely @louklp , who, through the thick of the flare ups and exhaustion, reigned victorious in his 100 mile mission, alongside a dozen other resilient souls, each an absolute inspiration 🙏🏼
So my time was split crewing, pacing and shooting, and boy was it exhilarating!
If you ever find yourself in a dark place, talk to people about it — friends, family, even random people will listen. We’re all in this life together. Onward. ❤️

Over the weekend we had the privilege of serving up some hot Joe for the Built for More retreat by @itsdadday before a fun surf with @islasurfschool .
As a new dad myself, it was a blast to hear how these guys are doing whatever they can to keep their dreams alive while pursuing fatherhood.
