@henrylmn & @feisallagos were sharing a wonderful recipe for Pot-au-feu (pot on the fire’) a French dish of slowly boiled meat and vegetables in a soup, that is made by different cultures across the globe…when @chefjgv happened by sharing his recipe of Pot-au-feu from the night before.
It is winter and the perfect time to make your version of this special dish

it takes a lot of time and effort to do things properly. shortcuts often leave us feeling incomplete but there is a new way to enjoy the results of meticulous preparation and attention to detail and most of all a deep love for cooking. you can soon have a perfect pasta night at home in under 20 minutes.
eat bolo!
@margotbrooklyn is hosting my first bolo! pop-up on Sunday, April 7th.
All the wines, cocktails and feels of a bustling trattoria will fill the dining room as perfect plates of rigatoni with ragù bolognese—penne all’arrabbiata for vegetarians*—fly out of the kitchen.
The first of many pop-ups celebrating the launch of @eatbolo.co —my new sauce brand made with the best ingredients. Pasture-raised beef and pork from @endsmeatnyc_ and farmer’s market vegetables turn into an unforgettable sauce you can add to pasta, polenta, braised beans, and more.
As many of you know, I’m a veteran of Roberta’s, Uncle Boons (✽) and Torien (✽), and for this pop-up I’ll be joined by two of my favorite cooking partners, Aaron Taber and Michael Lankowski, who helmed the pasta stations at legendary Franny’s in Brooklyn and Coppa in Boston.
The 3-course menu includes Insalata, Rigatoni Bolognese or Penne all’Arrabbiata, and Tiramisu along with an exclusive first-run of Bolo! to take home and enjoy.
Special cocktails in collaboration with @faccia_brutto_spirits will keep you feeling happy.
