Mocktail fountain install I put together for a Nike seeding event at their headquarters in Midtown. Cocktail was green tea, chrysanthemum, Verjus, and ginger.
Here is a little sneak peek of the cocktails I have been working on for the new Bistrot Ha menu. Ha’s Martini is an iteration of the seawater martini that I first created at Dimes years ago - Here for Anthony and Sadie a with a pickled oyster and a dash of very good fish sauce.
We opened a Mamo store! Come take a look on the corner of North 6th and Washington sts in Hudson NY, it is on the ground floor of the newly opened Pocketbook Hudson Hotel! I have been involved with the project in various capacities since before the construction began 4 years ago, working on various facets of the programming from researching and choosing linens and mattresses to designing the bar equipment layouts and the cocktail list. We also created a special edition of Mamo glasses for each of the rooms!
Experience the charm of Ambos Lounge - featuring a specialty menu crafted by cocktail luminary and friend, Arley Marks, it weaves together a collection of classic and original cocktails alongside tonic and non-alcoholic drinks.
