Welcoming future talent to the Found team āØā

Our in-house operator, @_founduk recently hosted the first 'Found futures' recruitment event, bringing together people interested in joining our Resident Experience Team at Crown View. ā

The day gave candidates the chance to experience what itās like to be part of the Found team, with speed interviews, a collaborative group activity and plenty of smiles captured at our polaroid station.ā

It was a fantastic turnout, and we were delighted to hear such positive feedback from those who joined us. Weāre excited to continue growing the team that will bring our buildings and their communities to life, and to host more events like these, so stay tuned for the next oneā¦ā

Egg-sploring Red Bank š£
We celebrated Easter with 20 attendees from the @theshawcentre on a fun-filled Easter Egg Hunt around Red Bank. Teams followed clues to local businesses @halfdozenother , our Found-run buildings, and our Homes by FEC Marketing Suite, with FEC and @_founduk colleagues guiding the way.
Clues solved, eggs found, and Red Bank brought to life as a lively community where people, businesses and neighbours joined the fun š
Thanks to generous donations, we also dropped off extra eggs at @mancomacademy , Collyhurst Sure Start Centre, and @kitchenkylies to share with children and spread the Easter joy š°

Out of the office and into the communityš±
Our FEC team, supported by @_founduk , joined @keepbritaintidy for the 2026 Great British Spring Clean led by @manchestercitycouncil to help clean and care for our communities at Collyhurst and Angel Meadow Park.
Together we filled 75 bags of rubbish and collected bulky items, proving the power of teamwork š
