spring, the time of delicate dancing flowers. for the “Time Passes” music video, I filmed plant life on super8 at my favorite place in the world during summer and again in late fall. the video had already come out by the time I filmed this additional footage in early spring of last year, and I thought maybe I would edit it in and re-release the video, but so far I haven’t felt like doing that, so here it is on its own 💗

We recorded these songs on a snowy winter weekend, after having played them in our live set over the past few years. At some point during recording @dylannowik said that the warmth of playing these songs made him feel like he was cradled in a little wooden boat, and thus the title of the release was decided. All aboard our metaphorical vessel! Hope you enjoy 🧡
