Not much content today as it was more of a personal day for me.
Some days are about pushing hard. Other days are about taking a step back and recharging.

Day 101. 5 followers. 50 pull-ups.
A solid day all around.
Started the day with a run through Kildonan Park with Myles. Had a great meeting with Matheus to talk training and whatâs ahead. Then it was right back into a full day of client sessions at Movement.
Busy days like this are exactly what Iâm grateful for.
And of course, all of it was fueled by Executive PrepïżŒ.

Day 100.
10 followers.
100 pull-ups.
Canât believe weâre already here. 100 straight days. No missed days.
That also means one thing⊠I gained followers every single day for 100 days straight. Honestly, thank you. Every follow, comment, message, and person doing pull-ups with me made this way bigger than I expected.
For Day 100, I asked you guys what I should do to celebrate. Tons of crazy suggestions came in đ but I ended up going with fellow Movement trainer Goâs idea:
100 pull-ups.
100 pushups.
100 squats.
Every time I had to drop from pull-ups, I rested by matching pushups and squats.
It was brutal.
But honestly⊠a lot of fun too.
Finished the whole thing in 15 minutes.
