What. A. YEAR. đ„
As we wrap up 2025, the thing that blows me away the most is the insane growth of our gym, our athletes, and this unstoppable community weâve built together.
But the biggest highlight? The explosion of our sports team training. Watching teams roll in hungry, committed, and ready to work has been next-level inspiring.
To every team and every athlete who stepped through our doors this yearâTHANK YOU. đ
Thank you for trusting me to help you level up, to get stronger, faster, and more confident in your game. Seeing your grind, your progress, and your wins is what fires me up every single day.
I love what I do, and weâre just getting started.
2026, letâs GO. đđȘ
Very successful weekend for @pslvolleyball.wpg at the @ufvac.volleyball championship tournament!
Congrats to the guys for winning the Intermediate Division and becoming CHAMPS! đ đ„
Shoutout to the girls who also played amazing, finishing 3rd place in the Competitive Division. đ„
This weekend was an amazing experience and canât wait to get back at it. Rest up players. Weâve got work to do.
Meeting one of the Jabbawockeez definitely wasnât on our list of expectations this weekendâbut sometimes the best moments are the ones you never see coming.
Flexum (Gordy Lopez) is incredibly talented at what he does and, even more importantly, a genuinely kind and humble person.
Big thank you to Jonel, 393 Dance Troupe, and Style Fusion Dance Battle for putting on such an amazing event. Weâre grateful to have been part of it! đđ„
When you do thousands of pull-ups, it doesnât take long for your body to start feeling it.
After following the challenge, Justin from Boreal Spine and Sport reached out and offered to help keep me moving well throughout the process. Safe to say⊠he was absolutely right that my body needed some attention.
I had an awesome first session with him. Justin is incredibly professional, takes the time to explain everything, and shares the same long-term health approach that we believe in at Movement.
Looking forward to working together and keeping this body functioning as the pull-up count continues to climb.
And before anyone says it⊠Iâm not short, heâs just really tall. đ

You start chasing a goalâŠ
but somewhere along the way, you become someone different.
More disciplined. More focused. More locked in.
And honestly⊠that version of you?
That might be the real win.
Shoutout to Sunday Grind for putting on a great event at LowLife & Churchill High today.
Perfect weather, great energy, and a solid challenge.
2km run â team workout â 2km run back.
Appreciate you, Myles, for asking me to be your partnerâhad a blast đ€
