Another Christmas Everyday BTS dump and the last one... Probably
Happy holidays! Always great working with this team and this year especially was extra special. We really made sure we had Christmas in every frame
still can't believe we got that dolly upstairs and by we I mean the grips 💪

We made it snow in July and brought the clouds during the day time.
At night we had a massive 12x20 book light for a big soft moon light bounce and the snow was snowing thanks to @joy_ludwig_pro , @jshurwitz and the rest of their team.
During the day we had the grips tie up another 12x20 rag to have full coverage over the talent and with no stands to get in the frame they absolutely crushed it!
Thank you to everyone and don't forget to check out Christmas everyday on @lifetimetv

‘Killer Beat’ a crime thriller centered around the rap game— was written and directed by the talented Michael A. Pinckney aka Boogie. @boogievision
This film was the perfect opportunity to let the colors fly in homage to contemporary styles in hip hop and early 90’s Spike Lee films such as Jungle Fever, and Mo Better Blues, particularly in the use of the color green. Coincidentally our director Boogie was also a longtime AD for Spike Lee.
I am so grateful to have been a part of this TubiOriginal and would like to give a big shout out to @marvistaent@foxentertainment and @mockyeahproductions mockyeahproductions for trusting me to DP their films.
I see Nick Karnaze as a top tier human being because of his ability to respond intelligently and with care to the throws of life. He has a selfless nature that is reflected in everything he does, including his belief that ‘Life is a team Sport.’
I worked with Nick while filming a show called ‘Contact’ for Discovery. Every moment I worked with Nick was a humbling one knowing that I was in the presence of someone who is what I deem an ‘exemplary man’. See—Nick is the kind of guy who is the smartest person in the room but doesn’t flaunt it. He is tough as nails, yet kind to all people. Let’s just not ever mistake his kindness for weakness.
Nick served in the Marine Corps from 2004 to 2011. He spent most of his time with the Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC). Nick went on two deployments to Afghanistan. His first tour was in 2006 with Embedded Training Team and the second in 2010 with 2nd Marine Raider Battalion.
If that is not enough let me say this—it is my belief that our planet can use more powerful, intelligent, and compassionate men who are cut from the same cloth as Nicholas Karnaze.
I’m thankful I had the opportunity to meet you.
