@nutmegandclove Nutmeg & Clove in Singapore brought their 2026 new menu to Bangkok, and the entire evening felt both elegant and vibrant. Bar Sathorn’s beautiful heritage setting already creates such a unique atmosphere, and pairing that with their thoughtful, story-driven cocktails made the night even more special.
Each drink on the menu had its own distinct personality. Alamak carried bright tropical fruit aromas with a beautifully balanced sweet-and-sour profile — refreshing, yet layered. Can Lah felt more mature and composed, with the depth of whisky and red wine complemented by a gentle fruitiness and a smooth, warming finish. Die Die Must Try was the boldest of the night — tequila blended with papaya, chili, peanut, and savory notes created a striking mix of sweet, spicy, and umami flavors that was incredibly memorable. Atas, on the other hand, was refined and elegant, with cognac and sherry bringing soft sweetness, lifted by floral and tea notes for a rounded, silky finish.
Spending the evening in such a historic setting while experiencing the fusion of Singaporean creativity and Bangkok’s vibrant spirit made it truly unforgettable. Every sip reflected the craftsmanship and imagination behind the bar — definitely worth experiencing in person.

酒單每一杯都很有個性。Alamak 帶著熱帶水果香氣,酸甜平衡得很好,口感清爽卻有層次;Can Lah 比較成熟穩重,威士忌與紅酒的厚度,加上淡淡果香,尾韻溫柔;Die Die Must Try 則是最有衝擊感的一杯,龍舌蘭搭配木瓜、辣椒與花生,鹹甜辛香交錯,非常有記憶點;而 Atas 則優雅細緻,干邑與雪莉酒的甜潤,加上花香與茶韻,喝起來圓潤順口。
整晚就是在歷史建築裡,感受新加坡與曼谷風格交會的夜晚,每一口都能感受到調酒師的創意與功力,真的很值得專程來體驗🇸🇬🇹🇭❤️
