Come along to our Course Choices Fair on April 22nd in the Informatics Forum G.07, from 13:00 to 16:00.
Everyone is welcome to attend. Get to hear the unbiased view of students who have actually taken school of informatics courses learn what each course is about, how itās assessed, and what the structure is like. Along with the opportunity to chat to course organisers and cohort leads.
Volunteers needed! Volunteer at an event to help informatics students choose their course choice for next year! You will only be needed for 60 minutes max between 13:00 and 16:00. All volunteers will receive a £10 Love2Shop voucher.

We have booked out 2 whole rows of the 19:00 screening at Vue Omni Centre at St Jamesās Quarter on Wednesday the 18th of March.

Marking International Womenās Day at Informatics š
Tomorrow is International Womenās Day (8 March) ā a day of recognising the achievements of women and highlighting the ongoing need for gender equality. To mark the occasion, our student society Hoppers is hosting an allāday event today (7 March) at the Informatics Forum.
The programme includes a keynote from Dr Fiona McNiell (@schoolofinformatics ), alongside lightning talks, panel discussions, networking sessions, and discussions exploring confidence in tech, imposter syndrome, and sustainable technology.

Hoppers & Women in STEM are very excited to invite you to our International Womenās Day celebration! š
Following our all day IWD event on Saturday the 7th, we are hosting a pub crawl after party on the Sunday 8th to continue the funā¦.
We will be starting at 19:00 in Dropkicks, and will have a couple stops before finishing in Brewhemia (where there might be some free drinks if you make it to the end š).
Everyone is welcome to join, even if you canāt make it to our Saturday event.
