What is <infpals/> ?
<infpals/> is a student run scheme to support other students, we run 3x weekly sessions on skills we wish we were taught at some point, along with some guided projects!
This semester we will run sessions on Git, LaTeX, Command Line, how to get internships, and two big projects!
Come along to learn some new skills, ask the session leaders questions about uni life, meet new people and for snacks!

Git: Git is a version control system that tracks code changes, enabling collaboration and efficient project management. It's essential for CS students to learn Git to be able to revert to earlier versions and for team projects, all crucial skills in software development.
LaTeX: LaTeX is a typesetting system ideal for creating professional academic documents, ensuring high-quality and consistent presentation. It’s great at handling complex formatting, like mathematical equations. You will need LaTeX at some point for submitting your assignments, dissertation, and reports.
