Here’s what we achieved together: ✨ Record-breaking STMUs with industry & academic speakers 💻 HackTheBurgh - Scotland’s largest hackathon 🚀 5-day openEuler Challenge with Huawei (50+ participants) 🧠 Launched Neurotech SIG & EVP, revived BitSIG and CloudSIG 🎤 QRT panel, TeachAthon & Ada Lovelace Day talks 📚 Countless workshops, socials, mini-hackathons & more from our amazing SIGs! Come along to our Course Choices Fair on April 22nd in the Informatics Forum G.07, from 13:00 to 16:00. Everyone is welcome to attend. Get to hear the unbiased view of students who have actually taken school of informatics courses learn what each course is about, how it’s assessed, and what the structure is like. Along with the opportunity to chat to course organisers and cohort leads. Volunteers needed! Volunteer at an event to help informatics students choose their course choice for next year! You will only be needed for 60 minutes max between 13:00 and 16:00. All volunteers will receive a £10 Love2Shop voucher.

If you want to have a say in the future of the society (and some free pizza as always) come along! CompSoc’s Eid-ul-Fitr Event We’re delighted to invited you to CompSoc’s first Eid-ul-Fitr event! As Ramadan is slowly coming to an end, join us on Friday (20th of March) to celebrate Eid by coming together and enjoying some delicious food. Savour a free delicious meal from Kolachi Restaurant, bring your snacks or feel free to cook your favorite dish - so we can all enjoy your impressive (or questionable…) cooking skills! We want to use this occasion to highlight culture and bring the community closer, so everyone is welcome!
