If you dig it, check out their demo with a HD version of this song. You’ll notice that the keys here are for the Julee Cruise rework. The original kicks you in the teeth with a gorgeous lead guitar, before leaving you weeping.

Synth Pop duo @wolfbabycup closed out their beautiful set with an equally gorgeous rendition of “Mysteries of Love” by Julee Cruise, at last Sunday’s Homage debut at @sewardcafe . In two weeks, EtV presents a Julee Cruise Homage. Co-curated by @drey.d.k . We dedicated the night to the devastating, dreamy and lush, stylings of Julee that have haunted the hearts and minds of countless people since the 80s. This evening will feature covers, reworks and originals by drey dk, @wolfbabycup and @spamcaller.band . show is all ages and NOTAFLOF but donations encouraged to keep the vital third space, @sewardcafe around for as long as possible! Enter the Void is back! This time at our new home of operations, @sewardcafe . The longest running, worker owned Cafe (1974.) Our first show will be on March 15th (3rd Sunday,) at 6pm. It is all ages so it will end at 9:30pm and is NOTAFLOF - as it will be a benefit for Seward Cafe. EtV's R.N.D. is a reimagining of @tourniquet.noise ' Random Noise Duos. With the help of SEER, Enter the Void will be collecting a roster of Noise artists, brand new to well established, who are down to see what they can create with a randomly paired sonic counterpart. We will use the roster to randomly select 10 people ahead of time (At least 1 week before the show.) Those 10 chosen for the upcoming show will be randomly paired from a drawing that happens an hour before doors. The 5 duos will then get to perform a 10 minute set together. R.N.D. will happen every 3 months! With the premiere approaching fast, the cut off for submitting your interest is Friday 03.06.26 at Midnight. Interest form in the EtV bio. *Now more on the Seward team up: Because of its longevity, many have taken Seward Cafe’s doors being open to be a given. Many forget the years the cafe spent closed due to lack of funds. With everything going on we need actual community based third spaces, and Seward Cafe is one of the few we have in South Minneapolis. Especially one of the few that will host punk shows, maker markets, food drives, food distro and prep, outdoor mini-fests, how to's and weird shit like EtV. That being said, Enter the Void will be dedicating door funds of each show to keep Seward Keepin' on. After the kick off show, Enter the Void will be every first and third Sunday at Seward Cafe unless otherwise noted. I highly suggest everyone do more benefit shows for Seward if you can. The long overdue Enter the Void S02 Finale is coming to you fast, next Wednesday August 13th at 6pm. Honored to have these trail blazers of sound join for the last EtV for the foreseeable future as our residency with Can Can has expired and will not be renewed. I do not have any plans of seeking a new home for the show anytime soon so please come out and support these very talented artists and vibe out with fellow freaks and geeks in the verdant backdrop of @thedollhouse.mpls one last time. To close out season 2 we have the world consuming sound of @whenthedustsettlesmsp , the fallen angel of drone @somewhere_nice_someday , electro wizard @_eyedubs_ doing a glitch set as Nautilus and the eve freaky @ice.climber.mpls noise syndicate with their experimental and noise. This show is all ages and the $10 will go to the performing artists. Still, it is NOTAFLOF, so even if you can only spare a dollar or two, come witness. Over by 9:30pm Thank you for 3 years and over 40 showcases of the left field world of the Twin Cities.
