Today is the first release from ‘A Spatial Odyssey’ the 4 hour sound journey we created for @spinoza.co Over the last year and a half we gathered an amazing group of musicians from around the world to create this album, fully in 3D spatial audio 🪐 Designed to follow the arc of a psychedelic trip, the first single release is Ganesha Mantra. This is a swinging track featuring a mantra dedicated to the Hindu Deity Ganesha. Listening to it is believed to help remove any obstacle that prevents your soul from taking its next evolutionary step. For this track, we collaborated with the artist Onaia, who spent months in the amazon with indigenous cultures mastering his shamanic singing skills. For our latest EP, called “Electric Visions” we’ve revisited the sounds that shaped our younger years, fusing the infectious rhythms of west coast hiphop, the mysticism of psychedelic rock, and the solid grooves of deep house. The result is a sound that’s warm and dreamy, yet undeniably bold. We’ve ventured beyond the tangible, drawing subtle inspiration from our own altered perceptions, shaping a soundscape where soulful guitar riffs meet the classic vibes of an analog 303. Electric Visions represents a bridge from our memories to infinite horizons. Horizon is the first single of the upcoming EP 💫

New album release ⚡ A Spatial Odyssey We are happy to share the first album we produced for @spinoza.co designed for psychedelic journeys. We curated a highly talented group of artists from across the globe to create 4 hours of all original music. Stay tuned for more tracks to be added next month 💫 The theme was about connections between different cultures, traditions and humanity as a whole. We’ve worked with Greek philosophy, ancient Sanskrit, Buddhist mantras, Sufi poetry, Christian choral influences, and a shaman who lives in the Chinese mountains. Also included is a remix by our friends @undersmusic & @norajcue.sendmestems The only true way to experience it, is to give it a good deep listen. Last year End of Time teamed up with classical harpist Eva Tebbe for Grachtenfestival at Het Hem. We installed a 12-speaker spatial audio setup in the grand hall of het Hem in the middle of RAAFs art installation. An amazing experience to combine electronic and classical music with spatial audio and abstract sound design. The year at the 19th of august we will perform again for grachtenfestival, and we have teamed up with violinist Mara Cutie. Mara’s varied interests have compelled her to expand her ambitions as she has explored the ways in which classical music can be incorporated into electronic music. Her compositions integrate existing works from the contemporary canon with live electronics, creating a distinct sound. 🪐 We will install our spatial audio setup at The Other Side. This was the Luminarium Dome at Lago Lago Festival, and what a trip it was! The very first full Spatial Audio stage at a dutch festival. Visuals and 24 lights were synced to the 3D trajectories of the sounds over 16 speakers, and projection mapped on the inside of the dome by @lennartvisuals . We had so much fun performing and improvising two sets full of abstract sounds and visuals, but it was also amazing to hosts other artists and DJs on the spatial system and bring spatial audio to new genres such as classical harp and double-bass rock opera.
