A real pleasure to play Kokub in AlUla, Saudi Arabia. The never ending magic of the desert, its unique venue and it’s surroundings was matched by its curious crowd.
The receptiveness and enthusiasm of the dancefloor put me in a flow state where the set went deeper and deeper. It felt like a co-creation. The presence + appreciation from the crowd gave me the love and confidence to fully express myself.
Saudi Arabia is on the rise and it’s incredible to witness the expansion of its music and cultural scene. The warmth, openness, and passion of the people in every encounter during my stay truly touched my heart.
