Channelled "Bear Medicine" at Mystery Temple last weekend. Thank you @yossefsagi for this space to play and heal. Thank you @brendabravo.image for taking pics for us all! . I embodied the bear because I have been in a season of honoring my body and my tender heart and pulling back a bit, taking time to retreat into my cave, to rest, to heal. It felt good to channel the ways bears are fiercely independent and protective of their personal space. . Before my surgery last summer I had a Reiki session with a strong vision coming through of a bear resting behind me. I feel held and supported by embodiment tips from bear kin, perhaps an ancestor nudging me with this vision? I am grateful for the many lessons of solitary parenthood, like many bear friends 🐻. . And it was needed to come out of my cave for connection and healing and a damn good night. . If you wanna come out of your winter cave, come to @poleandjazz tomorrow night!
