I am always honored when YOU spend time with me, and now TIME Magazine is honoring me, and 15 other remarkable women as the Women of the Year - as “women working to create a more equitable world - leaders who we believe are addressing the most pressing issues confronting women and girls in 2026.” Wow!!!! Congratulations to the 15 incredible TIME Women of the Year who are making a global impact through their work, example, and their advocacy: Teyana Taylor, Chloé Zhao, Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone, Amy Sherald, Mariska Hargitay, Reshma Saujani, Sister Norma Pimentel, Brandi Carlile, Lucy Liu, Mahnoor Omer, Reshma Kewalramani, Isata Dumbuya, Safeena Husain, Kecia Steelman, and Sheryl Lee Ralph. @teyanataylor - congratulations on such a powerful cover - your perseverance and hard work shows women by example that as long as you don’t quit, you’ll win. I am humbled to be honored alongside you all and can’t wait to celebrate with you in a few weeks. Thank you @time for recognizing the positive global impact of The Mel Robbins Podcast and The Let Them Theory. When @gabormatemd told me this, it stopped me in my tracks… Siblings may grow up in the same house, but that doesn’t mean their childhoods were the same. Not even close. Same parents? Nope. Same family? Nope. Same childhood? Absolutely not. Parents show up differently for each child depending on the season of their life, their relationship, and even their financial situation. It’s not about who is loved more. It’s about how that love is expressed — and how each child experiences it. If you’ve ever wondered why you and your siblings remember childhood so differently — this is why. This clip is from my conversation with Dr. Gabor Maté on @themelrobbinspodcast 🎧 “Why You Feel Lost in Life: Dr. Gabor Maté on Trauma & How to Heal.” You can learn more about this and so much more in his incredible book The Myth of Normal.

Every recent graduate needs to hear this. You can’t control what other people do, think, or say. But you can control who YOU become. Let Them doubt you. Let Them misunderstand you. Let Them take a different path. And you? You stay focused. You keep going. You build a life you’re proud of. Because the moment you stop trying to manage everyone else… is the moment your energy comes back to you. And that’s when everything starts to change. Congrats to all the Class of 2026 graduates! 🎓❤️ Send this to any recent grads in your life who need to hear these reminders.

How do you accept yourself if you don’t feel good about yourself? According to behavioral researcher and confidence expert Dr. Shadé Zahrai, self‑acceptance is something you build through small, intentional shifts in your focus. Comment “Confidence” and I’ll DM you the full episode. She says one way you can do that is with this simple but powerful tool called the Care Less List: Write down everything you want to care less about - your appearance, other people’s opinions, the comments your family makes… Then make a Care More list: write down what you want to care more about: growth, showing up, staying true to your values. This practice helps you notice thought patterns that are keeping you stuck, and where you should direct your mental energy instead. @shadezahrai says it’s one of the most powerful confidence tools you have. If you’re tired of being your own worst critic, this will help you shift your attention back to what actually matters. In this episode of @themelrobbinspodcast , Dr. Zahrai is teaching you the practical tools to strengthen self‑acceptance, rebuild your confidence, and finally beat self-doubt once and for all. 🎧 “How to Eliminate Self-Doubt Forever & Build Unshakeable Confidence” Listen now on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or YouTube - search “Mel Robbins Podcast Self Doubt”

The truth is: No one knows what they’re doing. 🤷‍♀️ You’re not behind. You’re not messing it up. You’re just… figuring it out as you go. Just like everybody else. So stop being so hard on yourself. We’re all just winging it! You’re doing a lot better than you think. ❤️

Stop waiting to feel ready. Comment “Stuck” and I’ll DM you the link to the full episode. You already know what you need to do. Send the email. Submit the application. Go to the gym. Have the conversation. But you keep telling yourself: “I’ll do it when I feel ready.” That’s a trap – one of 3 keeping you stuck. That ready feeling isn’t coming. So you need to learn how to take action even when you don’t feel ready. In this episode of @themelrobbinspodcast , I’m showing you how to spot the trap you’re in, how to understand what’s really keeping you there, and how to finally break free so you can go after what you want. 🎧 "If You’re Feeling Stuck in Life, Listen to This" Listen on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, or YouTube - search “The Mel Robbins Podcast Feeling Stuck”

If you’re a chronic complainer, this is the wake‑up call you need. Behavioral researcher and confidence expert Dr. Shadé Zahrai says complaining feels good in the moment… but it keeps you stuck. Comment “Confidence” and I’ll DM you the full episode. When you focus on what you can’t control, you reinforce helplessness, drain your energy, and make the situation feel even worse. In this episode of @themelrobbinspodcast , @shadezahrai shares a simple framework that breaks that cycle, and helps you feel more in control of your life. Dr. Zahrai also explains why chronic complaining is a symptom of self-doubt and low confidence - and she’s giving you the practical tools you need to stop negative thoughts from running your life. 🎧 “How to Eliminate Self-Doubt Forever & Build Unshakeable Confidence” Listen now on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or YouTube - search “Mel Robbins Podcast Self Doubt”

I love this quote: Becoming the best version of yourself comes with a lot of goodbyes. Every time you let go of what’s weighing you down, you create space for what will lift you up. You don’t just add better habits - you let go of the ones draining you. You don’t just grow - you outgrow people, patterns, and places. In this episode of @themelrobbinspodcast , I’m sharing 7 powerful things to remind yourself every day. These words pull you back into your strength, courage, and confidence. You’ll walk away feeling clear, steady, and back in charge because you are not powerless. You’re capable. 🎧 "7 Things You Need to Hear Right Now" Listen on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, or YouTube — search “The Mel Robbins Podcast 7 Things”

What worked for you in your 20s won’t work the same way in your 40s. Dr. Stacy Sims, PhD, is a world‑renowned exercise physiologist, nutrition scientist, and leading researcher on female‑specific health and performance. Comment “Stacy” and I’ll DM you a link to the full episode. @drstacysims explains that as your hormones change, the workouts you’ve been taught to do - like high reps with light weights - stop building muscle and strength the way they used to. At the end of the day, everyone is different - so choose exercises that you enjoy and make you feel good! But now you can make more informed choices knowing what your body needs as you get older. On this episode of @themelrobbinspodcast , Dr. Sims breaks down exactly how to train for your age, why your body stops responding to old routines, and what to do instead to build muscle, boost metabolism, and feel strong again. 🎧 “The Ultimate Guide to Menopause: How to Boost Your Metabolism, Build Muscle, & Balance Your Hormones” Listen on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, or YouTube - search “Mel Robbins Podcast Stacy Sims”

Read that again: You worry way too much for someone who always figures it out. You’ve handled things you once thought would break you. You’ve figured it out when things didn’t go as planned. You’ve kept going even when it felt impossible. Trust yourself. Focus on the things you can control. You’ve done this before. And you’ll figure it out again. ❤️ Send this to someone who needs this reminder.
