Sashiko Samplers. I was surprised at how much I enjoyed stitching these. I saw examples of this method of stitching while on a work trip recently and thought I would give it a try. I got these sampler patterns from @gather_here along with @miniaturerhino book titled Make and Mend.

The Ole Hat by @paulastrickt was an adventure. I love the decreases and I learned a new cast on method! I used @universal_yarn #ricobaby I needed a soft wool free yarn for this project. I made the second size and used size 5 needles. Yarn and guidance from @thelocalyarnstore #olehat

I have never sewn a hat before but the Sorrento Bucket Hat from @elbe_textiles was a fun make. Definitely have another one in the works! @cottonandsteel fabric from the On A Spring Day collection from @loesvanoosten bought a while ago @gather_here . I will buy fabric that I love.
