Last night I got to play the grand reopening of the Stud (with @notrobinsimmons ) — DJing music from the era when I found a place in queer nightlife. My very first DJ gig was at @studsf , and it was 10 years ago nearly to the day. I got to play the first SOPHIE track I fell in love with, who I met at The Stud when SOPHIE came to my last Go Bang set there in 2019 🫠 Here’s to many more nights at The Stud 🖤

It was so awesome to work with @ashleyimani at @grv.academy . She not only developed choreo for us and gave us pointers on many aspects of skating, we even squeezed in an 8 count from her Usher Vegas residency! Anyone in LA or visiting, highly recommend taking advantage of @grv.academy . Can’t wait to be back. We packed in so much in an hour. It was the perfect amount of time to learn the choreo and get us excited to keep practicing. Expect an update soon! Wam wam wam wam.

I had a lot of fun with @lisha_simms on Wed night at @lakingsburbanksportscenter practicing a new routine I learned on Sunday when @notrobinsimmons and @elainedenham dropped into So Cal for a visit from the Bay! It’s called FACE OFF! Thanks to @lasweet77 for recording us! This is a fun one to do with a partner and I’m excited to add it to the repertoire! I love when skate pals come to visit from all over the world - but especially from where I grew up up, the Bay Area 💜 Now I have to learn the other routine they showed me, which they named, The Daz! 🤗 Thanks for always being willing to jam with me, Alisha!
