As my Glazed donut o’clock updates come to a close (until the next production that is 😈) I am filled with gratitude for the opportunity to book, film, and wrap a successful season (of what? It’s time for a “LOVE TRAIN REWIND”
As part of my new content experiment and the making of LOVE TRAIN 3. I think it’s important to know where we started, to see where we’re going.
Me dropping LOVE TRAIN the EP in January of 2017 opened up an entirely new road to freedom for me. Living in my truth and singing about or to the women I had loved. It was vulnerable, it was authentic, it was my real life on wax…. I learned a lot of lessons, some I had to repeat hence there being a Truth Vol. 1 & 2 😫😫🫠
Eventually we get to the space where we need to be but learning the history makes it that much richer!

So many things happen around making an album. It’s not just making the album itself but the planning, what’s it gonna sound like, living your actual real life, live shows, Acting auditions, many side quests because I can’t create if I’m not inspired and doing new things/things I enjoy, keep my creative juices flowing! Once I get back to the states we’ll be on a regularly scheduled program.
I really want to say thank you for all the great ideas (keep them coming!) support, messages of encouragement! It means a lot to me to have you all here!! Honestly truly! I am grateful.
I’ve been told that my music career is not where I want it to be because I don’t really post a lot on social media... so let’s test that theory!
I need your help getting my music/content out there! It’s come to my attention that my content is just not reaching my supporters and that’s not ok
Algorithms have ruined the vibe
So I’m going to do a social experiment this year to see if I post more consistently 🤞🏾 my music and fan base will reach higher heights, I’ll book more live shows, and ultimately get my artistry out there to everyone who enjoys it!
