Yahaaay! As my thoughts have been drifting toward decreasing the role of competition in my life, with new projects catching my interest, I still decided - at the last moment - to start my season as usual with the annual May competition held in Sharm El Sheikh. I dove to my competition deepest of 95 cwt yestarday and today I got my 35th National Record in the pocket 😊 I wasn’t sure if to compete since I had just two weeks to get ready but seems like „let’s see what happens” approach served me well this time. I am amazed to observe how my mind changed, how interesting and exciting my life got lately and everything around followed. Big thanks to @one_breathak for fantastic coaching and endless support 🩵 Thank you @vinogradov_freediving for that quick precompetition training 😊 @denys.rylov @katesomatic @theawakeningself @ksenia_friiasva for your encouragement and @freedivingworldsharm for always flawless organisation of my absolutely favourite competition 😊 Endless gratitude to my wonderful sponsors @tritonsub @garmin_pl for continues support and belief in me ❤️ #freediving #apnea #competition #record ocean

Competing season has started for us already. I’m learning that discipline, medals, rankings, and depth are things I do and enjoy yet not who I am. This is just a part of the broader picture. Achievement can be meaningful without becoming self worth. I’ve noticed how my “value” in some eyes grew with my results over the years. More respect. More attention. More people around me. I have noticed this pattern in life, in general & I’d like to state I do not agree with it. Yes, I’ve gained skills. I’ve become an experienced freediving professional. But at my core, I’m still the same human. So here is a reminder: Achievements do not equal your value. Good luck to everyone on 2026 season! 🎉🥳🎊 #value #achievement #freediving #training #underwater

Unlock your EQ I have taught my method to around 400 students so far. I run my workshop in Poland and have taken it to Norway, India, the Philippines, Egypt, and Oman. More “mouthfill deliveries” are coming 🤩 It’s a story time In 2022, one year after I started what I’d call “fun freediving,” I signed up for my first competition. At the time, my max depth was 37 meters. I didn’t really understand what was happening in my body. My equalisation was forceful, my diaphragm was heavily involved, and my descent lacked finesse. Funny. It was only four years ago. I came across many opinions supporting the “secrecy” of the mouthfill. I wasn’t “allowed” to access this knowledge until I reached the magical depth of 40 meters. Eventually, frustrated by the lack of progress, I started searching for answers. I approached several people and became more and more fascinated by how this one new skill unlocked deeper dives for me. I was already very familiar with my “wall” at 37 meters. I had been there dozens of times. Later, I learned that this was the depth at which I reached my residual volume and I could not push more air into my mouth using my diaphragm anymore. I was lucky. Mouthfill clicked for me quite quickly. But that luck had a foundation. I already had solid Frenzel technique and a real awareness of the muscles in my oral cavity. Mouthfill took me from 37 meters to the 70s within a month. The progress felt insane. Then 70 meters became another wall, specifically 72. That was the depth where I realized I needed a deeper understanding of what was happening with my glottis, soft palate, stomach, tongue, cheeks, and also in my head. I realised later this technique is very individual. It’s easy to explain yet in practice there are small tips and tricks, movements, angles, positions that can support the success in performing this technique. 3 years ago I gathered the knowledge I possessed about this technique and since then I have been modifying and updating this course accordingly to my experience. While teaching this skill I am also trying to improve my pedagogical skills to be the best teacher for you 🩵 #freediving #training #knowledge #learn #apnea

In collaboration with @molchanova.freediving.dahab we invite you to the “Unlock your EQ, Dahab” workshop dedicated to learning and perfecting the Mouthfill air-shift and equalization technique. Duration: 3 days This workshop is designed for intermediate and advanced freedivers who already understand what Frenzel technique is, want to master it to perfection, and are ready to fully and consciously enter the learning and understanding of the air-shift Mouthfill technique. We will break the Mouthfill down into its fundamental components so that each of you knows exactly what it is, how it works, and how to apply it at depth. During the workshop, we will discuss the technique, analyze the possibilities it offers, and look at its advantages. The exercises and training we will practice will allow you to continue improving and training Mouthfill on your own — both dry and in the water. The skills acquired during the dry sessions will be transferred directly to the water. 🗓️ Workshop Program: Day 1 (01/03) Dry session: theory + practice. Duration: ~4-5h Day 2 (02/03) Dry session: theory + practice. Duration: ~4h Depth session: Duration ~1.5h Day 3 (03/03) Dry session: short practice + relaxation. Duration: ~2h Depth session: Duration ~1.5h The workshop will be led by: 👧🏻 Maria Bobela • Freediving Coach and instructor AIDA, Molchanovs • World Champion in CNF 2024 • Vice World Champion in CNF 2025 • Holder of 34 National Records for Poland Limited spots! 📸 @manz.awar

Barracuda Lake. A true wonder of nature. Sharp limestone cliffs rise above the surface, but the real magic begins beneath. It feels unreal, almost like stepping into another world. This lake holds three different layers of water, each one completely changing the experience. At the surface, it’s warm and calm, around 30°C. You descend and hit the thermocline. The temperature suddenly spikes, reaching up to 38°C. It feels like diving into liquid heat. Go deeper, and it cools slightly again to around 34°C but the sensation stays surreal. Even more fascinating? The layers don’t just differ in temperature. The top is fresh water, while the hot middle layer is salty. And then comes a dark, cloud of sulfur. You swim through it and everything disappears. Total darkness. 📸 @drifting_riss #freediving #philippines #freediver #lake #apnea
