As part of the ‘Blue Horizon’ initiative led by Nehtam Team, and on Earth Day, our efforts turned into a tangible impact… We successfully removed waste from the seabed and cleaned the shores through true teamwork.

في إطار الجهود المجتمعية للحفاظ على البيئة البحرية وتعزيز ثقافة العمل التطوعي، أُقيمت يوم الجمعة الفعالية التطوعية «أفق أزرق»، التي نظمها نادي قريات ممثلًا في فريق غواصو قريات، بالتعاون مع فريق دايفرز بلانت للغوص، وبدعم من هيئة البيئة وشركة تأجير للتأمين، وذلك بهدف تنظيف الشعاب المرجانية والشواطئ.
وشهدت الفعالية مشاركة عدد من الغواصين والمتطوعين الذين أسهموا في تنفيذ أعمال التنظيف، في أجواء عكست روح التعاون والمسؤولية تجاه البيئة البحرية. كما اشتمل برنامج الفعالية على حفل ختامي أُقيم تحت رعاية المهندس سليمان بن ناصر الأخزمي، نائب رئيس هيئة البيئة، حيث تم خلاله تكريم المشاركين والمساهمين والداعمين تقديرًا لجهودهم وإسهاماتهم في إنجاح هذه المبادرة.
وتأتي هذه المبادرة تأكيدًا على أهمية تضافر الجهود بين الجهات المختلفة للحفاظ على البيئة البحرية، وتعزيز الوعي بأهمية استدامتها للأجيال القادمة.

I, @divers_planet , @freedivingoman invite you to the “Unlock your EQ, Muscat” workshop dedicated to learning and perfecting the Mouthfill air-shift and equalization technique.
The event will take place on April 17–18, 2026 in Muscat, Oman.
This workshop is designed for intermediate and advanced freedivers who already understand what Frenzel technique is, want to master it to perfection, and are ready to fully and consciously enter the learning and understanding of the air-shift Mouthfill technique.
We will break the Mouthfill down into its fundamental components so that each of you knows exactly what it is, how it works, and how to apply it at depth.
During the workshop, we will discuss the technique, analyze the possibilities it offers, and look at its advantages.
The exercises and training we will practice will allow you to continue improving and training Mouthfill on your own — both dry and in the water.
The skills acquired during the dry sessions will be transferred directly to the water.
