For most of my life, I told myself I didn’t know how to swim. It took quite a bit of grief and loss to realize that— life is too short not to try. In that process, I realized I was also grieving an older version of myself. What began as fear slowly became healing and a deeper connection with the unknown. 🌊 Life is about embracing uncertainty and trusting yourself enough to move forward, even when it’s scary. If you feel drawn to the ocean but don’t know where to begin, I’d love to help bridge that gap. I am now offering nervous system–informed wellness experiences curated to support connection, presence, and awe. I am happy to answer any questions and provide connection to resources for freediving education as well. Current offerings include: • Women’s Circle 📍La Jolla + Laguna Restorative yoga and nervous system practices by the ocean. • Wellness Workshops + Spa Days 📍San Diego Nervous system education and restorative spa experiences including infrared sauna, jacuzzi, and cold plunge.
