God blessed us with our amazing, healthy, loving baby girl November 6. Today, we celebrate her one month anniversary. We celebrate a month of love, learning, sleepless nights and growth as a family. We celebrate the first granddaughter for our parents and the first niece for our siblings.

On May 4th, I asked @erikajenee_ hand in marriage. All of this wouldn’t have been possible without God, family, and friends. I could write a lengthy post about this wonderful woman but the summary of her essence is spiritual devotion, ambitious, courageous and inspiring.

Mouth and/ or dental trauma is one of those moments you hope never happens. In the event something does happen, this video is to bring some knowledge of what to do before seeking professional help as well as some of the process after.
* In the event of bleeding, apply pressure to the site. You can use a rag, t-shirt (if you have nothing else), paper towel (again, if you have nothing else), tea bag or gauze from a drug store. Keep that pressure firm
* If an adult tooth came out of the mouth (avulsed), place the tooth in milk and get to your closes dental professional or ER.
* If a baby tooth came out of the mouth (avulsed), see your pediatric dentist or general dentist for evaluation of the mouth. We don’t recommend treating a avulsed baby tooth because the adult teeth are forming under those baby teeth.
