Seven Weeks In County is in SXSW! @Billystrings was a joy to work with but was made even better along side director & freind @bryanschlam who brought this music video to life. We aimed to channel the core lighting language of Sergio Leone westerns like A Few Dollars More & Once Upon A Time In The West by blending the classic style of frontal hard key lighting, while mixing in some of our own personal taste/ efficiencies to make our days
It’s a wonderful surprise, I never thought I would see this one projected so thanks again SXSW and thanks to my crew for braving 100+ degree temps to pull this off. Here’s hoping all the sweat, sunscreen & electrolytes show on screen

VERY excited to have shot a Grammy nominated video this past year for @timmytychilders
Getting the opportunity to tell such a beautiful story in a music video, written by the brilliant @silashouse , is a rare thing and it was not lost on me. We spent countless hours prepping. Shooting in mines, bars, forests, farms and fields. It was a true labor of love. Thankful for the opportunity to help bring @bryanschlam ‘s vision to life. Extremely proud of this one!
P.s. We lost to the Beatles and I’m fully okay with that 😅
Very excited to announce our video for Justin Bieber’s song “Ghost” has been nominated at @camerimage.festival
The goal was to make a music video that felt more in the world of cinema photographically. For me, that simply means tethering lighting, camera and color to the tone of the story in bold ways
Working with Justin Bieber and Diane Keaton I felt the stakes were high to make something impactful and I was very proud of the result
