Just in time for Bothy Lates this weekend, we’ll be pouring their Harlyn, bursting with elderflower and stone fruit notes. alongside their Gold Trophy-winning Sparkling Rosé of the Year, full of wild strawberry, cream, and delicate bubbles
Trevibban continue to do thoughtful work in the vineyard and winery, with a focus on organic practices, soil health, and biodiversity which is reflected beautifully in their wines.
Did you know that in the first week of May every year, the sun sets equidistance between the rocks at the mouth of Port Quin harbour, before it slowly makes its way towards the cliffs again….it is a beautiful sight and a great reminder that summer is on its way…with the slight exclusion of this past weekend’s weather antics!
