A natural affinity for fringe-dwelling and mystic music of yesteryear shapes the foremost constant in the life of Chich.
An unwavering pursuit of buried treasures and musical oddities paves the path to @dons_delicatessen his YouTube channel where cold cuts and rare rips make their internet debut.
Born in Boorloo and based in Naarm, when he’s not sourcing produce from the past, Don co-creates his own party series @espiritu.experience curating carefully selected line-ups of international and Australian diggers.
Anyone lucky enough to have caught his set earlier this year at @circuit.central_ will know what a treat we’re in for, with Don back in town and on closing duties this Sunday at Old Habits.

For the next edition, we have a special live recording from Don Chich B2B GNMR at For The Cause Festival outside of Melbourne in Poowong, Victoria Australia on 29 March 2025.
For The Cause is a loving curated, grass roots and intimate festival from a group and community of wonderful and kind people doing it all for the right reasons.
The guys played a now-legendary closing set the festival on Saturday night/Sunday morning from 2:30am till 7am and we’re lucky enough to have it to share with the world.
It’s an immersive, barnstorming 4 and a half hours of the highest grade records, two selectors going b2b for the first time and by the sounds of this, definitely not the last.
There are gems a plenty in this mix as you’d expect from Don - head chef of the always-reliable Don’s Delicatessen channel on YouTube - and GNMR, an Italian selector who held a residency at the mythical Goa Club in Rome.

I started chatting with Carl a couple of years ago about the prospect of bringing him here. Jump to the present and I am very grateful we have been able to do so. It's rewarding to provide a platform for selectas around the globe to do what they do best in our city.
@kither.s and I met 4 years ago digging at a record store and have discussed throwing a party together since then - At last the stars have aligned.
This will be Espiritu's last club venture for a little while. I hope to see friendly and new faces throughout the day/night and celebrate a great season of parties :)
