Working with Access NFTS (from @nftsfilmtv ), we recently welcomed T-Level students from @acland_burghley to Maple Place for a deep dive into the world of grading and sound.
Huge thanks to @clairewintercolour (@dirtylooks_grades Looks) and Ben Baird (@aquariumstudios122 ) for leading a session filled with technical demos and creative insight. The students brought such energy and some great questions!
Our goal was to show young creatives that careers in post-production are within reach and to demystify the roles that bring cinema to life.

2025 at Dirty Looks…What a year!
- We became B-Corp Certified
- We moved to our amazing new studios
- We said à plus tard to Margo! Who’s gone to start her new life in France (we miss you!)
- We said Bonjour to Jack! (funnily enough based in France)
- We worked on some amazing projects and look forward to sharing more of those with you next year.
- We’ve established a presence in Malta with our long-term collaborators Aquarium Studios (more to come on that next year…)
- We’ve raised many glasses and eaten plenty of cakes (thanks Head of Cake!)
All in all, it’s been a great and exciting year for Dirty Looks.
We would like to say a massive thank you to our amazing team for making this possible and going above and beyond this year.
