A few recent shots of a collector’s home featuring several of my paintings. He painstakingly restored a historical home in Oregon and the result was an incredibly thoughtful and gorgeous home.
I don’t know that I’ve ever seen my work featured in a more perfect space, I’m extremely honored that he would choose these pieces and showcase them in this way. But it wasn’t just my work, he is the rare collector that is mindful of art all during the process, creating spaces to celebrate paintings and connect with the work as visual communication not just decoration.
Thank you my friend, well done; and thank you to Jim and the team at @mockingbirdgallery for helping facilitate it all. And just in case you’re in the Bend, OR area, my show with the amazing @jclareart is still up and available for viewing!

I’m excited and honored to announce my first solo show with the @meyer_gallery in Santa Fe beginning July 10, 2026. The new work will focus on agricultural spaces from around the world and I am looking forward to sharing some visual thoughts on the common work and human heritage that connects and binds us together.
If you’re in the Santa Fe area this summer I hope you’ll stop by!
This piece is an interior from the York, England area and I love how the layers of brick, stone, and plaster give such richness and history. The little details are so fun to me, like the old tape on the blue box, and the shovel head that was used at some point to mix concrete but never really got washed off.

Nearly twenty years ago I made a set of large murals for our family barn depicting the farm and some of those who worked the land. Technically it was my MFA thesis project while finishing up at the @academy_of_art , but more broadly it was me pouring out my love for a place and people who had helped shape me and so many others.
It was the kind of project that only the confidence of youth and divine grace can accomplish, and I’m still so amazed by and thankful for incredibly generous people who stepped in at just the right time to help make it possible.
It taught me so much about how to tackle a large project and gave me the confidence to dream big, take risks, and tell stories that are important to me.
It’s largely faded now, but just like Buddhist sand paintings, it’s a reminder of the impermanence of life and to be more present with the beauty of nature and relationships.
And if you’re ever in the Utah area, stop by @dibblefarms to see the murals and get some popcorn!

The Stillness, 24”x 30”. This piece is part of my show currently on display at the @mockingbirdgallery in Bend, OR.
I spent a week this summer visiting farms in the Yorkshire Dales of England, and this barn on the outskirts of York was so gorgeous. A widow lived there - a school teacher most of her life - and she worked hard to maintain the farm as much as she could.
Most barns in England are built with brick and/or stone, and occasionally plaster coats the inner walls, leading to a rich, textured, and layered surface over time. Standing in these spaces is to step out of time, into a place of great stillness, peace, and mystery.
Fabulous work by @jclareart also on display at the show, I highly recommended a visit if you’re nearby!

The Gentle One, 30”x 30”. This piece was originally more pink and light blue (see last slide) but I played with some glazing and enjoyed the shift and luminosity.
This painting is available at @mockingbirdgallery as part of my two man show with @jclareart who also has some incredible work in the exhibition. Stop by if you’re in the Bend, OR area! Special thanks to Jim Peterson and the crew at Mockingbird, they do such a great job, I can’t say enough good about them.
