Here is a dyno sheet of our 170 kit vs a 188 kit.
The 170 is an oem head ported , custom high compression piston , tb manifold , nibbi carb on race gas , stock cdi box . The 188 is the brt/sx parts 188 kit , so stroker crank , 63mm bore , big valve head , aftermarket cdi , on race gas . I’d say the 170 is making some steam 🤘 the red line and - - - is the 170 . The black and purple is the 188. More testing is underway with a handful of things to test on the 170 . We will be doing 140-220 plus testing so stay tuned for what the future holds

Here is the shops 2023 klx140L that @availmotorsports and ourself got to start getting the ball rolling on making some new parts and a big help in the POWER DEPARTMENT! It was really rough shape. After we finished up work for the day we would work on it after hours ( DH1 AFTER DARK )
Current form is a 170cc custom high compression 16.1! Oem head cnc ported , stock valve size , @tbparts hd valve springs , roller rocker cam , tb manifold with a nibbi 30mm carb , our custom air box , pc Knock off modified, stock cdi box making a max of 23 hp and 14 ft lbs of tq ! Lots of parts came from our good friends @keystonecycleparts as they helped a ton ! Can’t thank Dave and his wife enough. Brandon @evolutiongraphicsco killed the graphics kit , Ken @specbolts well you know we can’t be basic so of course we had to put some bling on it .
Here is just the start to our klx140 platform. We are going to be doing testing and development starting with the stock 140cc all the way up to who knows what the cc limit will end up at 251 plus ?
Let us know what you guys would like to see or have questions about . Also yes the stock oem head with the port program makes more power then the brt/SXPARTS heads . A 188 sx parts kit same exhaust on race fuel made 19.3 hp and 12.47 tq so we are blown away with the results so far !!

Here is the dyno sheet of a stock ktm 250sxf vs the one we just finished . I’ve had a handful of people ask what it made stock so here it is . @hgs_exhaust_systems@sladeracing exhaust , dual injector kit , vortex tuned by us , Vp u4.4 fuel for practice and a ported head on a stock engine . She’s strong 💪
Fresh 2026 ktm 250sxf off the dyno for @micahgrubbs323 . Did a different port than normal and wow did it work good ! Complete oem motor other then ported head , dual injector kit , u4.4 fuel , vortex custom tuned by yours truly and a @sladeracing@hgs_exhaust_systems . All I can say is wow did this one impress me !! Time to keep grinding ✌️
