Update: long read.
I've been wanting to share with my customers and update on what/how we are doing as a business. This may be a longer read.
As long as I can remember I have always wanted to be an entrepreneur and I couldn't really explain what made me feel that way before now.
My grandfather started a concrete business years back and it was a larger family business that included majority of my family members. Everyone involved played their own role. I have many memories of being in his truck driving from job to job checking on the workers.
This picture portrays why I am the way I am. Its a simple picture of two apples. The first which has been placed by myself. The second that showed up shortly after my son had placed it there. It caught my attention that he is always repeating me.
I WANT to give a big reminder that someone out there is going to see what your doing, even if you think they are not watching. Be kind, be courteous, be helpful.
Now, fastforward and its going into year 7. Holy flip. My customers are amazing and the bottom line is green. I have amazing suppliers the support is beyond anything this was ever planned to be.
Smooth Speed MX is here to stay, but please keep in mind this is a small family business. There are no employees that don't eat together ❤️ (ape/edog/bone)
My service prices are not changing. Im not charging you more for the same services. The product prices may vary but my service fees will not change. And if its ever wrong. It will be fixed. At no charge to you. We are always taking notes.
For the regular customers:
I do have to cut back my time. My family is moving forward as Ryder is going to start school. I am overwhelmed with calls, shipping, orders of products and I need to remind everyone we are a service company. If you need any tires ordered and installed in a quick time manner (under 1 week), please go purchase them from the local retailers and bring them to us for install.

Rim Diameter Comparison : 18 in. (X) 19 in.
The wheel closest to you is an 18 in. The others are 19 in.
Note the extra height in the sidewall of the tire (distance from rim edge to knobby).
The primary advantage of this is it creates extra room for tire to flex before impact and give more grip.
