Susanna is a Creative Director working with branding, events, and creative strategy focused on culture and sustainability. She is the Founder and Creative Director of SOLA Festival in Sri Lanka, has led projects for organizations including Collective Fashion Justice and is currently working with NusNus Agency on exiting new projects. Alongside her studies in Creative Branding at Erhvervsakademi københavn, she develops visual identities and creative concepts with social and cultural impact.

NEW! Breathwork for designers, creative professionals, and anyone who needs to breathe a little deeper!
Join Design denmark, @designmuseumdanmark and @pernillecarolinelotus for breathwork in February, where we will be focusing on mental wellbeing in the design industry.
Breathwork calms the nervous system and brings peace to the body, nourishing your creativity, which is the core of a designer’s profession and development. That is why we are offering three special sessions of breathing exercises in February, in ’Festsalen’ at Designmuseum Danmark.
It is an opportunity and a space where you can slow down, breathe and rebuild your mental energy together with other designers and creative people!

As my first year at Design denmark comes to a close, I’m reminded of the strength and potential of this association — and of Danish design.
Our legacy is strong, but it must never become a comfort zone. Danish design needs courage, honest conversations, and the will to challenge consensus and tradition.
Design denmark is nothing without its members. As we look toward 2026, I hope we move forward together — braver, stronger, bolder, and ready to shape what comes next.
