📅 One month ago, we had the privilege of hosting CSF’s 'EdTech & AI Convening – Education Dialogues', an Official Satellite Event of the #IndiaAIImpactSummit2026.
The convening brought together key stakeholders who are shaping the future of tech-enabled learning for Bharat: Hon’ble Education Minister, Shri
@dpradhanbjp Ji; Secretary, Dept. of School Education & Literacy, Ministry of Education, Shri Sanjay Kumar Ji; Former G20 Sherpa Shri
@kantamitabh , visionary donors and philanthropists, leading researchers and innovators.
A special highlight was the formal launch of #ShikshaNext - a ₹170 Cr bold, multi-donor, multi-year initiative to strengthen learning outcomes for children from underserved communities by leveraging EdTech and AI - in the presence of the Hon’ble Education Minister and Secretary, School Education & Literacy. 💫ShikshaNext is supported by a coalition of philanthropic organisations and ecosystem partners committed to strengthening learning outcomes through technology. The initiative is anchored by
@dellfoundation ,
@reliancefoundation and the
@gatesfoundation as Founding Strategic Partners, with Central Square Foundation as Managing Partner.
📒 We also released the second edition of CSF’s Bharat Survey for EdTech (#BaSE) 2025, India’s first-of-its-kind large-scale survey on how parents, children and teachers from low-income communities access and use EdTech, with a special focus this year on AI awareness and use.
As we look back at the day through this highlights reel, we’re reminded of why this conversation matters: AI and EdTech must be force multipliers for equity, not just new tools for the already-advantaged. For us at CSF, this convening marked an important step in our #SabkaEdTech journey, and we look forward to continued momentum & deeper collaborations to build a #ViksitBharat where every child can learn, grow and thrive!
