The funny but real thing is, none of this ever felt like “coverage” or impressions to us.
It always feels like friends talking about a place they had a good night at. A drink they remembered. A song they screamed to. A banana they slipped on the way out willingly. đź¤
Every article, mention, list, repost, photo dump, badly lit reel (sorry guys), beautifully written review, drunk voice note, and “you guys should check this place out” has honestly just felt like little reminders of what we were trying to build in the first place - a playground for people like us with a smol kid in us wanted to belong to.
And seeing the team being seen for what they do every single day… that part means the most. The chaos, the prep, the burns, the one more shots, the music fights, the overpouring, the under-sleeping, the endless “one more round?” energy - it’s just, relief, when that love reaches outside the room too. Building this dream with @tarannumsehgal@sushiilpant@isaynegroni@anirudhsinghal888@the.little.self@deepikasethii has been nothing short of a dream in itself !
Big love to everyone who found the time to come over to our little bar - @sa1i1@smitatripathi@eatstylego@nicolejuneja@priyanko@aaa.blah__nari@phorumpandya@nonchalantgourmand@deepalidhingra05@abhilashaojha@shreya__soni@sophiinn@shonalim@sheyakurian@geetikasachdev@delectable_reveries@pallavipasricha@abhyaaa@bhavnabm@spiceitupwithsam@rockyeatsig ❤️❤️
And to our people - @prarthnavohra@shrutus@varshabala97 - our partners who jumped into this strange little ride with us and somehow made it louder, warmer and weirder in the best way possible.
To every other friend who took the time to come drink with us, sit too long at the bar, listen to our nonsense, and go down the playground with us - thank you 🥺❤️ nothing can make our hearts fuller
See you soon at Tops again? 🍸
You made us feel seen long before the internet or the articles did. 🍌
The gentlest rituals of summer are often the sweetest, with mum across the table, conversation unfolding slowly, and a scoop made for sharing.
This season, our gelato and sherbets turn to summer’s brightest pleasures with two new churns.
Made for lingering summer afternoons, and for sharing with mum, who first taught us what sweetness feels like.

The Provenance Dinner: Panjab in Summer unfolded like a summer evening, gently giving way to a breezy night.
Each course brought a region to the plate, where curiosity met stories of a past that continues to shape our present. Beginning with Majha, the table moved through Doaba, Potohar, and Malwa. Finally arriving at The Courtyard, without which no Punjabi home feels complete.
The Provenance Dinner is not just a meal. It is a conversation with each ingredient, each one carrying memory, time, and a story of where it comes from. With @godawansinglemalt alongside us, the evening felt complete.
Ikk Panjab (@ikkpanjab ) redefines the meaning of Punjabi food. This is what Punjab ate before butter chicken became its whole identity.
Every dish here evokes nostalgia & warmth of stories passed down through generations ❤️‍🔥

What if you experienced all the four regions of pre-partitioned Panjab in one dinner?
Panjab was never just one cuisine. A meal in Rawalpindi was built on fire and grain. In Kapurthala, it carried traces of Europe. In Multan, it was dense, preserved, made to last in the heat. In Amritsar, it was direct. In Lahore, it layered.
Same province. Entirely different tables.
The Panjab we cook from today is a memory of displacement — not of the land itself. The original was far more varied, far less uniform, and far more interesting.
On the 2nd of May, we travel back to it. Come experience the ulinary time capsule of Undivided Panjab.
The Provenance Dinner: Panjab in Summer with Mr. Kurush Dalal.

The Provenance Dinner: Panjab in Summer.
Most of what we know as Punjabi food today was shaped by displacement — not by the land itself. Before 1947, Majha cooked differently from Malwa. Potohar’s table looked nothing like Doaba’s. Each region had its own ingredients, its own logic, its own relationship with cooking.
On the 2nd of May, we sit down with food historian and archaeologist Mr. Kurush Dalal to trace that original map — one course, one region at a time.
2nd May, Saturday · Entry begins at 7:30 PM

Last night felt truly special — the Baisakhi baithak in Delhi unfolded in the most intimate, magical way, just as one hopes these evenings will.
A heartfelt thank you to @abhilashaojha and her incredible ensemble for weaving the spirit of the festival together with such grace — her voice lingered long after the night had ended.
Sharing a few glimpses from an evening we’ll be holding close for a while.
Here’s to many more gatherings like this — stay tuned for what’s next ✨
So happy to have finally attended a baithak by @abhilashaojha where else but at @ikkpanjab -- while just about a year old, @theheritagegathering an IP by the team has become a leading voice in promoting indian music and bringing together a community.
What stood out yesterday was also how beautifully Abhilasha made all the classic songs her own -- aaj jane jki zid cannot be sung better and yet she made it so beautiful, then therevwas dil cheez kya hai -- what a rendition @abhilashaojha . Another yhing that stood out wqs how such ypung musicians were so 'paka hua' as we say un music. Sarangi Tabla Keyboard and percussion everything was absolutely outstanding.
And standing behind them with their generosity and love were @deepikasethii@rajan_sethi@tashighosh@delectable_reveries Bobby, Kundan, Neha, Sushil Prakash and his service team everyone is equally responsible for this win
Every April somehow finds us back at Naar.
Deepika’s birthday, the same warmth, the same familiar chaos. And this time, the absolute joy of eating @manubuffara Chef Manu Buffara’s food. What a privilege. Honest, soulful, and full of heart… the kind that stays with you forevermore after the last bite.
Prateek, Akshay, Aashina, you know how much Naar means to me - and you guys pulling this together every year makes it feel like coming home. Thank you for making these moments happen. @prateeksadhu@aashinakaul@akshaytripathi.10 ❤️❤️
Chef Manu, your warmth matched your food. So grateful for the conversations, the laughter, and the generosity you brought to the table. And to everyone I crossed paths with - old friends, new faces - nights like these remind me how special this community really is.
Also quietly grateful for the other side of it - the chance to host so many of the warmest people - @singaporefoodbutler@abiramidurai@penelopelisi at Ikk Panjab, our little piece of heart, our home in Chandigarh. It all feels connected somehow.
Same April. Same Naar. Same feeling. And I wouldn’t have it any other way. ❤️
This is what chosen family feels like.
