Last week we unveiled @hearthrestaurant.in new bar programme, ‘The Tincture Room’, with a room full of writers, tastemakers and F&B movers and shakers.
The brief? Drink your food.
Think pizza in a glass, fennel in a sip, and Biscoff shaken into a cocktail.
Safe to say, the liquid food menu didn’t just land… it lingered… on the palate and in conversation.
