Over the past year, the BaseCamp Library has kept moving. Crossing other archives, intersecting with different practices, tracing the currents of conversations and ideas that pulse beneath each encounter.
From this wandering comes Eco Echoes â Notes on Echoecologies, the new BaseCamp publication shaped by the exchanges and reverberations that have quietly defined BaseCamp over the year.
Rooted in BaseCampâs collaborative spirit, the book gathers multiple voicesâartists, researchers, and thinkersâinto a shared vessel of fragments and reflections. Guided by Ursula K. Le Guinâs Carrier Bag Theory of Fiction, these contributions open ecological, cultural, and social perspectives, offering starting points for imagining new resonances in a time of transformation.
Eco Echoes continues the Libraryâs mission to create a living, traveling archive that grows with each editionâan open space for discovery, conversation, and inspiration at the intersection of cinema, art, and new ideas.
