This is 51. My whole self has arrived. For some reason this new anxious energy is now here with me. I'm trying to figure it out, in the meantime I'm going to continue to show up as my full self.
On my bday last Thursday, I took time to fill my soul as I finally linked with one of my favorite content creators/photographers in the A in @phyllis.iller (aka Melissa Alexander). She opened and curated an amazing exhibit, titled Held, dedicated to women who have had womb issues (fibroids, cervical cancer, abortions, still births and more), these art pieces are the expressions of those women and how they represented their individual issue through visual therapy: art.
