My house was filled with the music of Phil Collins growing up and my mom would always mention the drums in the music as she danced around this house. As I started to dive into teaching and choreography I found that this stuck with me, and I find myself constantly listening for the drums. When I heard this version of Sussudio I just knew I had to create something to it that honored what I knew with movement that felt like home.
A big thank you to these seven incredible dancers who helped me create this and made my theatre jazz dreams come to life onstage! Each and everyone of you are stars and I couldn’t have done this without you ❤️
