It is with profound sadness that we share the unexpected passing of a beloved ballet faculty member, Judy Rice.
Judy was more than an extraordinary teacher, she was a bright light in our studio, bringing humor, warmth, artistry, and joy to every class she taught. She had a remarkable way of making students feel seen, challenged, and inspired, all while making everyone around her laugh. Our hearts are with her family, friends, and students during this incredibly difficult time.
She will be deeply missed and forever part of our community. ❤️

@mindlin_choreo is a New York City based teacher, choreographer, director, and performer. His choreography has been featured in productions of Gypsy (North Carolina Theatre), Xanadu (ReVision Theatre), Beauty and the Beast (Northern Stage), Awesomer and Awesomer (The Triad Theatre), All Hail The Queen (The Cutting Room), and more! Michael has had the pleasure of working with numerous renowned Broadway directors and choreographers including Andy Blankenbuehler, Casey Nicholaw, Thomas Kail, Joe Mantello, Joshua Bergasse, Gillian Lynne and John Rando. As a performer, Michael has appeared on Broadway in Aladdin, Bring It On, Mamma Mia, 9 to 5, and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang ⚡️
