Without doubt Steadicam is my favourite mode to operate - it’s puts you right in the action, as though you’re a character in the film, moving with the actors and carrying the audience through the scene. The second slide was a fun one-shot that starts in a lift and follows two characters as they leave the building. It takes a lot of team work to get it to all to come together, and it’s a great feeling when we nail it!

This was a really fun handheld, action sequence in a very tight corner shop with director @farrenblackburn and DP @nickremymatthewsacs . Looking forward to seeing it all come together next year sometime.
Such an honour and a privilege to be invited by the @aco_uk to the @bscine Operators Night and to be in the company of so many industry legends… what a night! A real ‘pinch me’ moment, something I’d never have expected in a million years as a kid.
The OHP training academy is getting younger and younger! Taken on the set of An Ode To Joy, written and directed by @_ashleighashley and literally shot at ‘our house’, we can’t wait to share the results with you. Lots of exciting announcements to come regarding this one!
Just over a year ago I got the chance to do some steadicam for a hero of mine @edgarwright , who I’ve worshipped since Spaced, on some pre-shoot photography for @runningmanmovie - their first footage of the new movie. What an honour! Can’t wait to see the film.

Commercial work in the pipeline. Great working with an old pal from back in the day, director @deangmoore , and first time working for DP @thomas_english (so no pressure on the steadicam front…!!). Great fun and good vibes. Can’t wait to share the results.
