Bonus tips ➡️ Keep a constant speed when pulling through on a flat road. The only acceleration should be when you're moving from the slower line to the line moving forwards. Rather than worrying about your power, aim to keep a constant speed or cadence to keep the group smooth.

Get aero, especially when you're on the front! Save your energy, then when you're in the receding line back the pressure off the pedals slightly and sit up a little to slow and let the next rider past, there's no need to brake!
