Executed during Art Basel in partnership with the client and agency.
Project Management and Experiential Production for Moon Boot’s (@moonboot ) debut ComplexCon booth with Mattias Gollin (@mattias_gollin ). Oversaw development and fabrication featuring a custom spaceship vehicle build, designer space suit display, and product showcase. Managed booth programming while overseeing all vendors, production workflows, and ComplexCon’s regulations and union labor requirements from install to strike. Served as central lead across agency, brand, and partners to deliver a standout first-time activation for the brand.
Lead Production and Project Management for YSL Beauty’s (@yslbeauty ) pop-up in SoHo, NYC. The branded truck and street takeover featured cherry slushies, interactive product testing, engraving stations, and custom photo moments - immersing guests in the brand’s cherry-red product range. Delivered end-to-end execution including permitting, budgeting, vendor management, fabrication, staffing, and on-site operations to produce a high-impact consumer activation.
Production Lead and Project Management for Carolina Herrera’s (@carolinaherrera ) multi-day event trip for the “Very Good Girl” and “Bad Boy Cobalt” Elixir fragrances. Brand experiences included a Faena Hotel beach bonfire, Miami Beach Botanical Gardens picnic, and private dinner at The Bass Museum. Led local production along with managing partners and vendors to deliver seamless experiences across multiple venues and brand moments.

Oversaw logistics, timelines, vendor coordination, and cross-team alignment across multiple partners. Worked closely with celebrity stylist team, agency teams, and Swim Week producers to keep all moving parts on track and deliver a high-profile show experience.
Project Management and Strategy for the global relaunch of @airbnb Experiences — an initiative of one-of-a-kind activities hosted by cultural leaders, creators, and local experts. Led curation, partnerships, and program management in Miami bringing to life and strategizing on experience concepts across art, music, sports, food, and culture. Highlights included sessions with top rated chefs, pro athletes, street artists, DJs, celebrity fitness trainers, historians, and more. Worked in partnership with cross-functional teams worldwide for 650+ cities, and supporting key city marketing efforts.

Assisting lead agency (@eighthwonder.studio ) and production partners in event staffing operations for the multi-day tournament. The event featured title sponsors like Motorola, UBS, and Aston Martin, and celebrity coaches like Derek Jeter (@derekjeter ) and Jimmy Butler (@jimmybutler ). Over 2,500+ guests attended the tournament during its 3-days to see the best padel players from around the world.

The pop-up featured items for auction from J Balvin’s personal collection - jewelry, shoes, art pieces, sculptures and more. The space also featured new works from @vitaveloceteam (VVT), J Balvin’s newly launched design studio in partnership with Italian designer @mattias_gollin .

City wide activations included live mural paintings, artworked yachts and Rolls Royces, 20ft art wall installations, airplane aerial banners, traveling mobile billboards, life-size doll sculptures, private parties, and more.
